Chrome Layer Thickness: Our piston rods are chrome plated with a minimum thickness of 20 microns up to 100 microns. We can discuss special layer thicknesses based on specific needs.
Hardness of Chrome Layer: The chrome layer on our piston rods has a minimum hardness of 850 HV and can go up to 1150 HV, providing excellent wear resistance.
