Hydraulic Cylinder Fault Diagnosis And Treatment And Use And Maintenance Methods
Stuck Spool or Blocked Valve Hole:
Check oil pollution and clean if necessary.
Inspect for dirt or deposits on the valve core or in the valve hole and clean or replace as needed.
Check for wear on the valve body and replace if necessary.
Piston Rod and Cylinder Sticking or Blockage:
Check if the piston and piston rod seal is too tight and adjust or replace if required.
Inspect for dirt or deposits and clean or replace the affected parts.
Verify alignment between the piston rod and cylinder axis.
Check for ineffective or worn-out parts and seals and replace as needed.
Low Control Pressure:
Examine the control pipeline for excessive throttling resistance and adjust if required.
Ensure proper adjustment of the flow valve.
Check the control pressure and adjust it to the specified value.
Verify that the pressure source is stable and not disturbed.
Air Entry into the Hydraulic System:
Inspect the hydraulic oil tank's liquid level.
Check seals and pipe joints on the oil suction side of the hydraulic pump and address any leaks.
Clean or replace a clogged oil suction coarse filter element.
Slow Initial Movement due to Low Temperature:
Replace the hydraulic oil with better viscosity-temperature performance.
